Dalian Instruments and Meters Co., Ltd. was established in 1988, as a Sino-foreign joint venture high-tech enterprise specializing in oil specification analytical instrument manufacture, and one of the largest domestic enterprises producing petroleum testers. It is a first-level member unit of supply network of CNPC and a member unit of material resource market of Sinopec.

In over one hundred categories of products manufacturing in batches, apparatuses of each oil product, which refers to the fuel oil, the lubricating oil, the lubricating grease, the paraffin wax, the pitch, the liquefied petroleum gas, etc., are classified into three types, including the manual type, the semi automatic type, and the full automatic type. The varieties of equipments can meet diverse requirements from different clients.
